Who Are You?.....................

You woke me up from my
deep slumber, where I was
drifting like a fallen leaf
without any direction

You brought me back into reality
with your smile which erased
the cobwebs of agony and
made it bright with your breath

You wiped out my tears which
Became channels of woes
which drained and drowned my life in
the salty bitterness of the flow

You made me smile with the
brightness of your eyes which
led me in the dark and forced
me to look ahead for another dawn

You cleared all the dirt of
suffocating memories from my
mind and wiped out the surface
with a fragrant touch of trust

You assured me of the light
behind the tunnel and showered
me with the rain of love for
which I was waiting all along

You made me stand again,
knelt beside me to support and
took my hand and made me walk
ahead the path which I couldn’t find

Are you a reality,
a dream or
a feeling which I was hoping
would happen in my life
.........who makes me feel alive ?
